3.) West Pennant Hills will be closed for holiday in from 1-31 March 2012
4.) St Ives will be closed from May 2012 until further notice for our house re-build, only West Pennant Hills will be open by then
BOOKINGS: 1.) We only accept booking up to 3 months in advance prior boarding period.
2.) Would suggest you make booking at least 1 month ahead for school holidays and 2 weeks in advance for normal time.

We tried to keep our price low and still provide the best service. To help us for the funding and keep the boarding fees low. Would appreicate if each of you would buy a bag of Hays from us when you pick your pets up. All the bunnies/guinea pigs love our Top quality Lurence Hays, Meadow Hays and the New Season Oaten hays is a good source of fibre for them. They are all top fresh quality direct from the farm in Windsor. Our bunnies loves them and I'm sure your one will love them too!
When you are boarding with us, you are agreed with the following terms and conditions

1.) We are here to try our best to look after your animals
2.) If would have to consult a vet if there's any uncertain illness found of the animal
3.) We do not take any responsibility if the animal is dead due to old age, stroke or any hidden illness that already exist in the past
4.) We can take care of medication need like oral or injections if you provide us with medication and directions
